The Priory Church of Saint Bartholomew the Great is London's oldest surviving Parish Church, founded 1123 as an Augustinian Priory.
The Hospital Church of St Bartholomew the Less, also founded in 1123, moved to its present site just inside the hospital gates in 1184.
